Furniture shopping at Steinhafels is a pleasant and relaxing experience. Our
stores display the largest selecion of fashionable home furnishings in
southeastern Wisconsin. Our aggressive marketing campaigns and reputation
ensure steady customer traffic into our conveniently located stores.
Steinhafels has one of the strongest commission pay-plans in our industry. In
addition, bonus programs and contests provide additional earning opportunities
and incentive. Our two-week paid training program will give you the knowledge
and confidence to be successful at Steinhafels. On-going training will keep you
up-to-date with the newest products and market trends. Previous selling
experience is not required, only a desire to learn and be part of a winning
sales team.
Careers in Delivery:
Our delivery teams are one of the most important assests to our customers. We
offer free next day / everyday delivery to most areas and value the
extraordinary efforts of our dedicated delivery drivers and helpers.
Steinhafels drivers are often the last contact with our customers. We look for
courteous, prompt, and professional individuals. We require a clean driving
record and the physical strength to perform the job safely.
A CDL license is not required to start. We will provide the time, training, and
a vehicle so that you can obtain your CDL license. The company also provides
uniforms, tools, and safety equipment.
Steinhafels delivery personnel have flexible work schedules. We offer four
10-hour days to accommodate different family circumstances and lifestyles.
Bonuses for working weekends and helping recruit other professional employees,
that share our customer commitment, are also offered. Our weekend shifts are
perfect for full-time students or parents who share childcare responsibilities.
