If the item you purchased at Steinhafels goes on sale within 30 days of delivery, we will credit you the difference. If the terms of the sale change, you may have your preference between the two sale offers.
This guarantee excludes special order merchandise, "AS IS" items, pillows, sheets, mattress covers, leather protection kits, delivery fees or furniture purchased for model homes. The 30-day happiness guarantee does not apply to mattresses.
Mattress sets carry an exclusive 120-night sleep guarantee with the purchase of a qualifying mattress protector. We recommend that you allow a minimum of 30 days for your body to adjust to your new mattress. If you find you are not comfortable on your new sleep set, and you have given it a sufficient trial period in your home, Steinhafels will exchange it one time. Redelivery charge will apply.
Note: If the factory law labels have been removed, Steinhafels cannot take the mattress back under any circumstances.
Free same day mattress delivery is available in select metro zip codes on stocked mattresses with a qualifying minimum purchase.
