When filing a claim, you must have:

The original receipt showing your purchase of the furniture protection product
and treated item(s).

The original copy of the Warranty and Registration Number.

The original delivery date of the treated item(s).

The date of the occurrence of the stain or damage.

Knowledge of the origin of the stain.
Warranty will not cover everyday soiling from normal use, accumulation,
multiple stains, unidentifiable stains or spills or damage not attended to
properly.
