Fabric & Leather Protection Claim Information:

When filing a claim with Stainsafe you must have:

The original receipt showing your purchase of the furniture protection product
and treated item(s).

The original copy of the Warranty and Registration Number.

The original delivery date of the treated item(s).
-
The date of the occurrence of the stain or damage.
-
Knowledge of the origin of the stain.
Note: To obtain service
under the Stainsafe Warranty, the owner MUST report the incident
to Stainsafe within 5 days of the date the stain or damage
occurs.
Stainsafe will not cover everyday soiling from normal use, accumulation,
multiple stains, unidentifiable stains or spills or damage not attended to
properly.

Burn or Single Marks caused by Brief Contact with Flame or Heat, Rips or Tears

Cracking and Peeling of Top Grain Leather and Vinyl in Seating Area

Cracking and Peeling of All Leather and Vinyl in Non-Seating Area
