Over 95% of our service requests can be solved and completed in your home. Once
we receive your request, we will contact you to set up an appointment with a
service technician. Most requests are handled in less than a week. In the event
that parts are needed, the usual timeframe is within 4 - 6 weeks. When the
part(s) are received, you will receive an email and call confirmation notifying
you that the order is ready to be scheduled for completion. Our experienced
service techs have been with Steinhafels for years and are highly skilled
craftsmen.

It takes careful planning to ensure we can complete all of our stops within our
estimated time frames. To provide the best service for our customers, we must
be as fuel and time efficient as possible. We generally run 2 to 4 days out.

Steinhafels offers out of warranty repairs on most furniture items whether or
not they were originally purchased from us. We will come to your home for a
$59.95 trip charge and repair your item for a $59.95 repair fee. If you have
additional items we will repair them for $24.95 each. If your furniture can’t
be repaired we will refund the entire repair fee, and half of the trip charge.

Steinhafels employs professionally trained service techs. We service all of our
delivery zones. We try to have the same techs in the same zones on a regular
basis. Service appointments take longer than an actual furniture delivery, so
we are not able to do as many in one day. Travel times and time to repair items
also vary.

Our Stainsafe warranty covers:
• Most household food and beverage stains
• Stains from human and pet saliva, urine, stomach fluid, or blood
• Ballpoint pen ink, wax crayons, facial cosmetics, or nail polish
• Color transfer from blue jeans or newspaper
• Burn or singe marks caused by brief contact with flame or heat,
rips, or tears

within 5 days of the occurrence of the stain or damage.

Steinhafels will come to your home to repair manufacturer’s defects if you
picked up your purchase with your own vehicle. We will provide this service in
your home at no additional charge as long as we are repairing a manufacturer’s
defect. Customer damage due to transportation or misuse of furniture will be
subject to out of warranty repair fees.
