Pick-up Policies

Please bring your original receipt and photo ID to pick up your items.

All your merchandise must be at the pick up location.

Please call ahead to verify that the merchandise is at the Merchandise Pick-up
Location. For the quickest pick-up service on items with fabric or leather
protection, please call our Customer Service Center and initiate the pick-up
process one hour in advance.

If you pick-up your merchandise, you are responsible for returning the
merchandise to the merchandise pick-up location for any return, exchange or
service.

Any picked up merchandise that needs service must be dropped off and picked up
when completed.

Merchandise may take up to 4-6 weeks to be repaired if parts are needed. If you
would like Steinhafels to pick-up your merchandise for any return, exchange, or
service a delivery charge will be applied.
Important Safety Instructions
For your safety and the safety of others, Steinhafels does not
advise and will not help load or tie your furniture in the following
situations:

Any mattress, box spring, headboard, footboard, or any light item in the back
of any open vehicle or any open trailer.

Any item whatsoever on a flat bed truck or flat bed trailer.

Any item on the top of any vehicle or any vehicle rack.

Any situation, including but not limited to those listed above, that we
consider to be unsafe.
Steinhafels does not recommend that you transport any of these
items under these circumstances. Should you elect to do so, you act at your own
peril and acknowledge that Steinhafels has informed you that what you are doing
is an unsafe and ill-advised activity. Under no circumstances will Steinhafels
be responsible for loss/damages incurred once merchandise leaves the loading
dock.
