Steinhafels Professional Delivery Service
 
  • All items must be paid for in full before delivery may be scheduled; no C.O.D.'s.
  • Furniture must be scheduled for delivery or pick-up within 7 days or merchandise may be made available for other customer demands. We will do our best to have your merchandise available at the time of an anticipated future delivery date.
  • We do our best to carefully deliver your merchandise. Delivery damage to your home must be reported within 5 days of the delivery. We will not accept any service order regarding delivery damage that is not reported within 5 days of the delivery.
  • You must take delivery within 10 days from the date your order was written or your order will be cancelled due to storage costs and other customer demands.
  • Rooms must be cleared in preparation for your furniture delivery. Drivers cannot remove or move existing furniture. Difficult deliveries (such as window entry) and deliveries above the fourth floor (without access to an elevator) will not be done by our delivery drivers.
  • To insure the safety of our drivers, snow or any other pedestrian obstacles must be removed by you before our drivers can accomplish your delivery.
Steinhafels Delivery Charges
Steinhafels delivery charges are based on zoned zip codes. Clearance merchandise at 35% off or greater are subject to increased delivery charges. We strongly encourage customers to take their clearance merchandise with them.

  • Please bring original receipt and photo ID.
  • All your merchandise must be at the pick up location. Click here to verify.

Important Safety Instructions

For your safety and the safety of others, Steinhafels does not advise and will not help load or tie your furniture in the following situations:

  • Any mattress, box spring, headboard, footboard, or any light item in the back of any open vehicle or any open trailer.
  • Any item whatsoever on a flat bed truck or flat bed trailer.
  • Any item on the top of any vehicle or any vehicle rack.
  • Any situation, including but not limited to those listed above, that we consider to be unsafe.

Steinhafels does not recommend that you transport any of these items under these circumstances. Should you elect to do so, you act at your own peril and acknowledge that Steinhafels has informed you that what you are doing is an unsafe and ill-advised activity. Under no circumstances will Steinhafels be responsible for loss/damages incurred once merchandise leaves the loading dock.
