Premier Delivery
WHAT'S INCLUDED
• Two delivery professionals will deliver, place items in your home, and assemble them (when applicable).
• Items are unwrapped, inspected, and all packaging materials are recycled.
• Accessory items including lamps and pictures will not be unpackaged or assembled.
• A two-hour delivery window provided 36 hours before the day of delivery.
• Delivery tracking is available on the day of the delivery.
• Additional charges will apply for clearance items.
• Limited furniture removal and disposal service can be purchased at the point of sale.
In-Carton Delivery
WHAT'S INCLUDED
• One delivery professional will drop-off to your curb, driveway or garage.
• The customer is responsible for assembly and final placement in the home.
• Items are in the original packing material and not inspected.
• A two-hour delivery window will be provided the day before delivery.
• Delivery tracking is available on the day of the delivery.
• Excludes clearance and floor model merchandise.
• Old mattress removal does not qualify.
• Furniture 96" or larger will not fit around corners leading into a basement or upper level. Please measure space before delivery.
• Available in the metro Milwaukee, Madison, Kenosha/Racine, Appleton, Green Bay, and Lake County (IL) markets.
Merchandising Pick-Up
WHAT'S INCLUDED
• Pick up your merchandise at a Steinhafels Superstore location.
• Items are in the original packing material and not inspected.
• Customer is responsible for assembly and placement in the home.
• No additional cost to the customer.
PLEASE NOTE
• Please bring original receipt and photo ID.
• Identification is required for all pickups.
• If the person picking up the merchandise is not the named purchaser on the sales order they must have the original sales receipt.
Free Mattress Delivery
