If you're looking for a mattress with that classic springy feel, an innerspring mattress is a great option. It's constructed with a steel coil support system for additional support and a small, padded foam layer for comfort. Innerspring mattresses are incredibly breathable, thanks to the airflow between the coils, making them a great option for hot sleepers. Because they range from medium-firm to extra-firm, innerspring beds are best for back sleepers and stomach sleepers who need extra support. Keep in mind they don’t offer a ton of motion isolation, though, so if you're looking for a mattress that minimizes movement transfer, another type might be better suited for you.
